Remote Interactive Training – What is it?
The Safeon System is a world leader in providing health and safety training anywhere there is access to a computer. Traditionally your employees and contractors would require training at a designated training centre. This type of training usually involves travel, accommodation, and days away from doing their job.
The Safeon System allows for high levels of training in a way that is interactive and highly engaging for the employee. Above all there is total flexibility as the system can be accessed at work and at home. In fact the system can be accessed by any computer with an internet connection.
To support learning and clarity the Safeon System incorporates, video, narration, subtitles (if required), 3D environments to explore and virtual tools and apparatus to become familiar with.
Efficiencies and Flexibility
Our remote, interactive, training courses are available on demand, with no waiting period or delay. If employees need specific training they can access it immediately, from most locations and at any time of the day. This kind of learning reduces man hours spent away from doing their job. Bite sized learning has long been recognised as a successful way to take in new information. The Safeon System is built around 20 minute modules.
Employees can choose to spend as long or as little time as is comfortable and required by their training needs and time constraints. The Safeon System can also be used at anytime as a refresher course for employees requiring re-familiarisation with tools and procedures they may not have actively used for a period of time.
There are no cancelling or rescheduling fees. If employees need to redeploy on short notice or are absent from work you will not be penalised for this.
